The other cheap way is screw your DIN Rail onto a shelf. The equipment will face upwards. It can save a lot of rack space, but it's inconvenient for wiring.

We've been looking for an offset to take the din back far enough for the packetflux stuff to be flush with the face of the rack, it's down to just making some sheet metal and break

Come to think of it....I seem to think the DIN clip on the Site
Monitors has two holes on it where you could screw it to a wall,
or a panel, or whatever. DIN rail is so cheap that I would just
    keep using it though.

I've been screwing the DIN to a 2U blank cover and mounting it

Like with the Meanwell PSU's in attached picture.

You can easily mount DIN rail on a couple of brackets and
mount it in a regular 19" rack.

Is there any rackmount kits out there for the packet

something possibly 3rd party for this?
