I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. It sounds like all
he is asking for is if there is an available discounted rate program
that your company may offer.
The install is one but he is possibly looking for the low end package
that has a better monthly rate.
We keep one around that we dont advertise just for those who deserve and
need that type of service. We do non-profit and churches all get the
same deal as with our veterans who have
served over seas as well as active service members.
If they need more than our basic rate then we offer the std rates for
the higher capacity packages.
