until this ubnt mess we gave out an air router at no cost, its just handy
to have an endpoint we can access, but they can use their own too if they
want to control their own wireless. We used to give out dlinks. We dont do
port forwards or anything like that, we have DMZ to a single IP, and a
canned email with instructions on using it. anything more, they get their
own router.

It saves headaches just to give them 30 bucks worth of product and offer
little to no support on it.
