We typically do an RB750 demarc to our customers.  When we put this in we
do OSPF on it and put the customer's /29 (or whatever) on the customer face
port.  When that port gets link, it advertises the customer /29 to the rest
of our network.

In this case I created a static route on the BMU (Powercode router) to the
customer's ePMP SM.  I had previously thought that the entire public range
was routed to the BMU (it wasn't, it learns via OSPF).  This means the
outside world would get to our core BGP router and it wouldn't know where
to go.
