I haven't put any on the SIAE's DC line as of yet. Strangely, the power supply appears to be fine, the radio is what got toasted. I'll probably be putting one inside now that the APC DC version is available. Again, the manufacturer does not recommend anything outside. Maybe I'm over-analyzing, but the closure's for Chuck's single SS units don't look robust enough for tower use to me.
