They do have a per incident support plan as well.

ServerPlus is $3 a sub.  That would be $36K a year, not $22K.  YGTC was a third

      Both centers I use are in the US.  Unfortunately one has a couple of 
thick accent speakers that I've asked not to take our calls.

      I've used the local one in Wapak since 2006 or something.
