I've seen the same thing on some Rockets, but it doesn't seem terribly common... I suspect they might all do it eventually, with enough exposure to the elements, but we've had hundreds of them out there for 5+ years that are still fine.
I've been putting that clear Gorilla tape over the LEDs on all of our ePMP APs, after we had the sticker come loose on a couple of them, and it seems to be working pretty well. I also used it on some Rockets that had this issue (but were still working fine, oddly enough) and it seemed like it sealed it up pretty nicely.
