Ends are irrelivant. What's it cost in manpower alone to do it and fix that cheap shit, get big, pay a manager to deal with it. Or buy a cost effective splicer from the get go and quilt F-ing with it. I'm at a point now with anything fiber related all I will do with the company is what the boss says, outside of that I deal with my partner. I won't grow the fiber side period.
