Actually haven't sent them back in yet.  Still have 3 of them on the floor in 
my office.  They just stated they were unable to reproduce when I opened a 
ticket 

I never correlated a lightning strike or surge with this happening until you 
mentioned it.  I've had 2 of them start acting up out of nowhere when the 
weather was good.  

Maybe they had received a surge or a strike prior, and I just didn't notice it 
until another day.
