Just for fun I ran the numbers from Las Vegas using Healthcare.gov and
rates were a lot cheaper. Probably due to the fact there are 3
companies available.

It's reported to be going up here by about 5%. It's going up
more in some other states. None the less, the overall increase
in the last 5 or 6 years is still less than what was forecast.
