i think there is a guy at microsoft just solely dedicated to coming up with
newer and better ways for them to be dicks. He was on an extended vacation
after he got his massive bonus check for the licensing audit program. Then
he came up with windows 10 licensing where its either hardware bound in the
ether, or tied to your personal microsoft account, assuming you were the
first guy to log in post upgrade, or maybe your reseller account, or hey,
maybe its your COA, or its an OEM that may be bound to a COA key, or
hardware bound.
