The chassis will support up to 16 ports of injection. Each 4 ports are on a separate card which can be populated or not, so you can buy it with 4, 8, 12 or 16 ports - and then upgrade later by adding cards.
The initially available cards will not support the new style cambium sync. I considered holding this product for that feature but decided against it since it would have delayed the product. In addition, there is a good chance that they will be more expensive due to the additional cost of the cambium synchronization hardware.
