in regards to your points. 

1) Yes, that is true --> and the reason why their is a shift to focus on 
Wireless / Cell 

2) Have true, might be more applicable in certain areas, but not ubiquitous... 
The desire to cripple the copper infrastructure has to do with 
a) requirement to allow competitive access to copper wires. 
b) WISP's are more like a mosquito to them, they Cable Co's have been eating 
their lunch, while being totally non-regulated (line share aspect). 

3) Yes, agree, especially when it comes with 'we don't have to provide 
wholesale access on a regulated rate of return'. 
But for some of them, it is not meaty enough :)
