My "Droid Razr Maxx HD" from VZ is running 4.4.2 KitKat which dates from mid 2014, I bought the phone in 2013. The aging FW may explain why it acts up so much now. Phones are too expensive, I don't really want to buy a new one, but I'm probably stuck.
