We owned the local customer network. Anything we could help with
remotely we would do. A site visit was $65/hr, minimum 1/2 hour. If
the router dies over the weekend they could stop by the office to pick
up a pre-configured replacement, loaded with the same config as their
old router... but that was maybe 1/400 clients. We could show up to
replace it on site, but that was a $65/hr after-hours, minimum 1 hour
charge.
