You've hit on a lot of my frustration with the R's and D's.

Add to that the fact that they have convinced the american public that the
only viable option is either an 'R' or a 'D' and you pretty much sum it up.

For the record, I didn't vote for either a 'R' or a 'D' the last election.
  I hoped to be part of the solution where we consider other alternatives
as well.
