There is no pay per incident for the API level plan, and if you are haven't paid for the plan previously when there is an incident, you can't buy it and then cancel it etc.. The monthly recurring AWS costs since October 2014, has averaged $ 249.34. So, figure an annual cost of $ 2992 in AWS fees. Probably, a little expensive but I am glad to continue it.
