There are some cheap (sub $10) gigabit injectors out there, that would
probably work in reverse, but they'll only do power on 2 pairs... I
don't know of anything that will do four pair cheaper than Chuck's.

But I haven’t found a good solution for this either, in the form
of a standard GigE picker and injector pair, that works well and
is under $20.
