I'm glad I'm in good company, though you may not feel the same.

Precisely why I've always used PacketFlux or Chuck's cards for injectors, not
POE switches, CMMs, etc. My choice of router/switch.

I'm slightly confused. Gino, what are you trying to power from a Netonix port?

There are some cheap (sub $10) gigabit injectors out there, that would probably
work in reverse, but they'll only do power on 2 pairs... I don't know of
anything that will do four pair cheaper than Chuck's.

I havent tried it, but the Tycon $6 injector may work in reverse as well.
You would have to find a gender change cable for the DC round plug I guess.

But I havent found a good solution for this either, in the form of a
standard GigE picker and injector pair, that works well and is under $20.
