Gotcha some people don't want to use crm like Wispmon for this. There got to be
open source or software allow you to make and create digital forms with signing.

Tim, this is a part of Wispmon. I was just letting people know the options
available.

We give users both options. They can build a template to pre-send when a work
order is created and they can also sign the tech's phone or tablet so you have
a digital signature upon work order completion. They can also set a welcome
letter to be emailed that can include the contract once the work order is
complete.

Hello all,
We've never done contracts for residential before so wondering how you all do
this. Do you have paper copies that are signed during the install or do you
send something electronically before the install to have signed?
If you're electronic, what service do you use for this to have customers sign?
Thank you
