Gotcha some people don't want to use crm like Wispmon for this. There got to be open source or software allow you to make and create digital forms with signing.

They can build a template to pre-send when a work order is created and they can also sign the tech's phone or tablet so you have a digital signature upon work order completion. They can also set a welcome letter to be emailed that can include the contract once the work order is complete.
