Definitely what Mike said. Look, one thing we always tell people who come
looking at our product is get something. If ours isn't the fit you want,
fine, but look at the others and buy one. We were in the same boat as most
of you guys. We ran a wisp for 8 years and sold to JAB back in 2010. We
really do know all the issues you run across and it's why we developed the
product, for our own use. If you have cobbled together a "system" out of 5
or 6 or 10 different pieces of software and it's working, congratulations.
But ask yourself how well that scales. Take a look at the feature sets of
many of the platforms and then ask yourself if you really have all of those
things covered. How many different people have to know all those pieces and
how they tie together? How many different pieces require the same or
similar data entry? How long would it take you to train someone to learn
how all the pieces fit together and use them efficiently and effectively?
We offer free training for your new employees and I'm sure some of the
other guys do too. If you haven't really explored what is out there, go
look. There really are some fantastic platforms available and surely one
that will fit your needs. One of the things we hear a lot is, "I don't know
why we didn't do this sooner."
