Our installer makes $18 per hour (40 hour work week - time and a half beyond 40). Just offered 50 cents more per hour if he passes the A+ and $1.00 more per hour if he passes the Network+. Also, he needs to do it on his own time, and I have offered to reimburse him for the cost of the tests if he passes.
