I used to have some pretty pointed language in my AUP.  Something 
along the lines of we consider you guilty until proven innocent and we will 
suspend you on complaint.  Then when it happened, we made them contact 
whatever agency sent the complaint and made them get an all clear from 
them.  

First one I remember suspending was the local HS Principal’s account.  
His kid was stealing movies.

This thread gives proof to the need to have a "no illegal activity" clause 
in our TOS. We are just starting our WISP, Eastern carolina Broadband, and I 
have been charged with the job of consolidating our TOS into a readable form. 
This WILL be addressed before we sign up our first customer.To all 
that have contributed to this post, we thank you. This is really good stuff!
