This thread gives proof to the need to have a "no illegal activity" clause in our TOS. We are just starting our WISP, Eastern carolina Broadband, and I have been charged with the job of consolidating our TOS into a readable form. This WILL be addressed before we sign up our first customer. To all that have contributed to this post, we thank you. This is really good stuff!
