Yeah. He calls in reporting his internet is down because we turned him
off until we could get in touch with him. I explained that we had
received at least 200 copyright violation notices and his first question
was is he going to get a credit on his bill. I kind of lost cool and
said, "no, you're going to stop doing that" and the copyright holders
would come after us if he kept downloading illegal content. Then he
asked me if he could use a "vpn hider" and I told him that we would not
help him break the law. I told him that once he had disabled or removed
the program he is using we would turn his service back on. He said that
he didn't "see himself stopping" and would give it some thought.
Brother, wants credit for being turned off for illegal activity, wants
help performing illegal activity and refuses to stop illegal activity.
