I don't think channel size changes the rules of sync - you need a 5 MHz guard band, time them, face different directions.
If the three APs are each on 120* you should have no problem, though I don't believe any of the sectors have good enough ftb to frequency refuse (assuming the 5 MHz is the same space as 20 MHz). If the three APs are using different frequency space with a 5 MHz guard band you're fine.
