remediation terms wouldn't be a bad thing to have. ie "if some MFer collocates, tenant is absolved of all liability for .40 remediation of all offending equipment"
and as I recently found out, make sure the property is clearly defined, if there are multiple structures on the property, make sure theyre included, and don't assume just because a facility is all in one location that there is only a single address.
