I guess I have been lucky...have always figured a way to overcome

and as I recently found out, make sure the property is clearly defined, if
there are multiple structures on the property, make sure theyre included,
and don't assume just because a facility is all in one location that there
is only a single address. Maybe define the address as the plat ID(s)
