I dont know how island life works, like if there were transport vessels into
the us mainland. I dont know how evacuations actually work, I am one who would
not evacuate short of a visible mushroom cloud.
what do they do with regular people type people that arent prepared down there?

They just need to hollow out a mountain to hide in.

On an island I suppose you just have to batten the hatches and hold on to
your hat.

Is PR running evacuations or anything? I dont know much about their
elevations or anything, but its looking pretty grim. Are they under the FEMA
umbrella as a territory?
