All, I have a client that's looking at putting some 3.65Ghz gear into their network for some PTMP coverage.
As it sits now, are operators required to register all SM locations or not? I can't seem to find anything clear on this. I know for sites operating prior to 2015, there was a provision for protection for unregistered CPE's however this would be a brand new build. I also know the proposed rules are still being hashed out, so what's the letter of the law as it sits now, and does the new CBRS stuff change that at all?
