Windows are arranged by project. If I'm leaving the window for a while, I leave it on whatever tab best describes that project or part of a project.

Another which Cambium confirmed is GPS coordinates not saving or something like that. Hopefully they'll get this small stuff fixed up in 3.5.1 or whatever's next.
