He's wanting PtP for the NLOS benefits it provides. I've seen PtP LTE products, but I can't remember where. I'd be looking towards the cell backhaul guys.

Yeah... LTE isn't particularly well suited to PTP. I guess you could make it work, but it's going to be a little messy. Baicells would probably be the only realistic option, since you wouldn't want to be dealing with an actual LTE core. If you want to try using 3.65ghz, airfiber is probably the best option, but if there's a low noise floor, 2.4ghz is going to work better. 900mhz could also be an option if noise isn't too bad.
