no, the mistake was by the re-seller, not the coordinator. the reseller
gave the wrong info to the coordinator. Its part our fault, we buy through
our partner company, so the reseller assumed that is was like 5 9s of their
transactions, the purchaser was the end user, in our case, no. coordinater
did an outstanding job, re-seller was trying to handle the process start to
finish, when the .0011 we represent flaw in their process was discovered
they updated their process to ask. I thought a pretty major screw up was
handled pretty well, and at the time it really wasnt a huge deal, since we,
and our partner are basically the same company (same owners, different
corps)

Intelpath is outstanding, Id be using them if our current re-seller used
them, they seem to have a little more clout than others
