no, the mistake was by the re-seller, not the coordinator. the reseller gave the wrong info to the coordinator. Its part our fault, we buy through our partner company, so the reseller assumed that is was like 5 9s of their transactions, the purchaser was the end user, in our case, no. coordinater did an outstanding job, re-seller was trying to handle the process start to finish, when the .0011 we represent flaw in their process was discovered they updated their process to ask. I thought a pretty major screw up was handled pretty well, and at the time it really wasnt a huge deal, since we, and our partner are basically the same company (same owners, different corps)
Intelpath is outstanding, Id be using them if our current re-seller used them, they seem to have a little more clout than others On Thu, Dec 7, 2017 at 9:03 PM, Faisal Imtiaz <[email protected]> wrote: > Please review the question asked (my question) and the answer... > > my question was in regards to transferring license... > the OP had asked a similar question, claiming a mistake made by > Coordinator.. > > If you are suggesting that $250 fee is unreasonable.. what would you / > your company would have charged for such a service (I am talking about > x-fer not a screw-up). > (I know you are retired.. but the question still stand :) ) > > :) > > > Faisal Imtiaz > Snappy Internet & Telecom > http://www.snappytelecom.net > > Tel: 305 663 5518 x 232 <(305)%20663-5518> > > Help-desk: (305)663-5518 <(305)%20663-5518> Option 2 or Email: > [email protected] > > ------------------------------ > > *From: *"Tim Hardy" <[email protected]> > *To: *[email protected] > *Sent: *Thursday, December 7, 2017 8:48:15 PM > *Subject: *Re: [AFMUG] 11ghz license questions > > Late to this discussion, but if the “Pro’s” had done this correctly in the > first place there wouldn't be an issue now.
