Late to this discussion, but if the “Pro’s” had done this correctly in the
first place there wouldn't be an issue now. Just saying, you get what you
pay for. Again, disclaimer - I’m retired and do not work for any of the
“Pros” and have no dog in this fight - but even if the FRN wasn’t given to
them correctly, the $250 fee is unreasonable.

Hi Faisal,
To transfer the licenses, we would need their FRN & password. The cost
is $250 plus FCC Fees. The Fees are generally around $175 per Call Sign.
It takes about 2 weeks, for the FCC to approve the transfer, maybe another
week for them to move the Call Signs over.
