other than experiencing some really questionable gigabit connectivity issues and maddening issues with packetflux sync, on POPs i only see rj45 ends valuabled in top end cross connects and radio terminations, everything else should be punched down to cat5/6 inserts and factory terminated patch cables why touch your cabling infrastructure?
