I saw that first hand. It was easy in the cellular market. There needs to be a ton of standardization for things to happen. We have a co-op here in indiana, but everyone uses different equipment, different authentication methods, different billing systems, different etc. etc. LTE removes some of these barriers, but its still an issue. Danville Illinois was one of the last holdouts of Cellular one. They had fixed wireless even after the sale to ATT. It was so outdated and slow they just abandoned. They just told customers it was getting shut off. They offered no alternatives.
