They are not UBNT jumpers for two reasons:
1)    Those jumpers are pretty expensive if you just buy them from UBNT by 
themselves.
2)    UBNT is RP SMA.  No legal reason to do RP SMA.  Mine are regular SMA.

But they are designed for 11 GHz.  RG-402.  Cables are swept with a network 
analyzer.

I could be wrong, but I think those are the UBNT jumpers (they do sell them 
separately from their antennas), and they appear to be SMA to N... as I recall, 
most N connectors won't work at 11ghz, so you do need to have the proper 
jumpers. I would think weather proofing options would be the same as any other 
antenna cables.
