Are you the Buyer ? or are you the Seller ? Are you Contributing to USF Fund directly to the FCC or are you a deminius entity ? No One is allowed under the Law to "Charge" USF. Only Entity that is Allowed under the Law to require "Mandatory Contribution" is the FCC to qualified Telecom Providers.
