How big a board would you need to have to be fully “diverse”? I suspect that to make everyone happy (or equally miserable) it would have to be of an unwieldy size. But ICANN is meant to be bottom up, so the diversity (or any perceived lack of it) at the Board level shouldn’t be where people put their efforts anyway. If you want ICANN to be more diverse you need to focus on the bottom. How many people on this list are actively involved in policy development within ICANN?
