data resides in the cache manager
2. An ability to optimize Windows file open/create operations that
combine permission checks with simultaneous lock acquisition
3. Delete on close functionality for temporary files
4. Distributed named pipes
I am sure that there are other reasons that I can come up with if I
spend more than five minutes.
