I'm intending on making the next editing pass on the standardisation
document this weekend. It would be very helpful if people could let
me know of any additional open issues.
The only open issue of which I am currently aware is the question of
whether there are any more open issues. However, this is sufficiently
self-perpetuating that I intend to ignore it :)
Please do take the time to have another read of the document and let
me know any further comments.
