I assume printed tokens are something pre-generated, perhaps for
processing batch jobs? I'd say if you are going to include this
error, we'd need a brief definition of printed tokens.
It's in draft-wilkinson-afs3-rxgk-afs-01, section 7.1. However, that
suggests that such an error code cannot exist in this document, since
'printed tokens' don't exist in bare rxgk, but only in rxgk-afs.
