Since quantum optimizations are already proven to exist in plant photosynthesis and various bacteriological function (see light harvesting bacteria, entangled bacteria) the quantum brain looks more possible. We are and came from bacteria. Also, assuming that a human brain utilizes quantum parallelism in a hybrid cognition makes modeling the anthropology of human intelligence across time simpler. Things make more sense in many ways. I don't know if I can go back to thinking about the human mind in a purely classical sense.
