Ya Google is behind now it almost seems, Bard isn't as good as chatGPT, and china can't get it with Vision sensory yet. GPT-4 is basically Weak AGI if these results we are seeing are true and not cherry picked but are general purpose.
Google has been pushed to make their own image generator public in Workspace soon, and with a better Bard being worked on called Big Bard (Big Bird? Elmo street names....BERT, ERNIE etc). Even DeepMind and Google Brain teamed up close now because of openAI an article said.
