It seems like the materials are now available to create rudimentary
AI, but I don't think I'd say they "won."

Looking at my three requirements for AGI, that it can understand,
reason, and judge.... on the whole I think LLMs are on the continuum
of all three somewhere. Yet, there are limitations.
