By waiting all this time many technical issues have been sorted out in forkable tools and technologies to build something like your CMR. I was actually thinking about it a few months ago regarding a DeSci system for these vax issues since I have settled on an implementable model of consciousness which provides a virtual fabric and generally explains an intelligent system like a CMR.
