If Hugo's article is an attempt at courting controversy, it seems to fail 
through sheer
incompetence.  I maen: the arguments are hopeless.  For instance, argument "D" 
falls
to basic information theory.  Shannon covered this issue - as did von-Neumann 
in:

"Probabilistic logic and the synthesis of reliable organisms from unreliable 
components"
