No it’s a set of outline ideas, not a formal proposal. But it’s the way forward – because the brain is also a graphic operating system (and nothing, I suspect, to do with code at all).

We all agree that a new system is needed, but entrenched interests (who also control the National Guard and the Military) will do ANYTHING to keep that from happening. Perhaps this will just have to happen somewhere beside America, with America being left to economic decay? Any thoughts?
