Hmm...

There's no doubt that one can make a narrow-AI hard real time system
now....  I've been loosely involved with making such systems in the
past, e.g. using FPGAs to scan for keywords in text and voice
streams...

One question is, what properties would such a system need to have for
you to consider is a proto-AGI streaming, hard-real-time system, as
opposed to just a narrow-AI application?
