Peter, Suggestion: You have been hanging around this forum almost forever. If you are like most here, you think most of the other participants are misguided, but there are a precious few whom you can see would be valuable. Why don't you pick those people you think would be good for your company, contact them, and see if they are interested. You almost certainly don't want anyone ELSE.
